What You’ll Do Support Revenue Operations by driving strategic initiatives across the sales organization. Assist in creating and analyzing sales campaigns to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using spreadsheets, Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL queries. Perform data entry and database maintenance in Salesforce to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity. Research and maintain sales and business data for go‑to‑market revenue generation campaigns, including website research and contact list scraping. Act as an internal ambassador for best sales practices and behaviors that drive success and support team goals. Observe and analyze sales team performance to identify best practices and uncover revenue opportunities. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales analytics or a sales performance role. 2+ years of experience communicating skill assessment findings. Bonus Points Experience using sales intelligence tools/software. Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Groove, Gong, or similar sales CRM/engagement platforms. So come and join our team—every role is a key part of our plan to go big.
