About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with strong BI expertise to own analytics, reporting, and operational rigor across our GTM teams.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for ensuring accurate data, reliable insights, and scalable workflows that support predictable revenue performance.

As part of the RevOps team, you will manage the GTM data infrastructure and deliver recurring and strategic analyses that shape how we plan, execute, and optimize our revenue motions.

ResponsibilitiesGTM Analytics & Reporting

• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards in Looker, Hubspot & Mixpanel to support visibility across all GTM teams.

• Deliver monthly and quarterly GTM performance analyses (e.g., revenue trends, churn, lost deals…).

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across Snowflake, MongoDB, and HubSpot datasets.

• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for GTM leadership.
  

Revenue Operations Processes

• Support quarterly revenue workflows such as performance reviews, revenue audits...

• Maintain structured, accurate data pipelines and ensure reliable reporting for GTM rhythms.

• Improve forecasting and reporting processes in the GTM eco-system.
  

Data Integrity & System Optimization

• Monitor and enhance data quality across all GTM systems.

• Collaborate with RevOps and systems stakeholders to strengthen reporting infrastructure and optimize operational workflows.

• Ensure GTM processes enable clean data capture and consistent metrics.
  

Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on priority topics such as funnel performance, MQL quality, cohort behavior, retention drivers, or other GTM initiatives.

• Develop scalable analytical frameworks to support strategic decisions.

• Partner to support planning and performance optimization.
  

What We Are Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, BI Analytics, or a related analytical GTM function.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Looker or other BI tool (reporting; LookML an asset)

  • Snowflake (SQL proficiency required)

  • MongoDB (querying and structuring data)

  • Mixpanel

  • HubSpot (reporting, data management, workflows)

• Ability to structure business questions into analytical frameworks.

• Proven experience supporting GTM organizations with insights and data processes.

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage recurring deliverables alongside strategic projects.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for GTM stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
