Lightspeed is looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting Team. In this role you will analyze and optimize operational data to accelerate decision-making and ensure timely, accurate information. What You’ll Be Doing Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems. Build clear and insightful reports, improving the Go-to-Market reports' reliability, accuracy, clarity and production time. Work with functional departments to draw business insights from analytical output, derive business recommendations, and present them through compelling data stories and visualizations. Ensure that business processes enable accurate data integrity and implement corrective measures in a timely manner. Collaborate with our corporate data team to design accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiatives. Synthesize findings and extract key messages for core stakeholders. Work on ad‑hoc projects as assigned, such as assessment of new business activities or process changes. What You Need To Bring Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into data requirements. Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience driving cross‑functional outcomes, ideally with stakeholders such as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales and Marketing. 2+ years of experience in revenue operations or related field. Distinctive analytical skills and passion for data, with the ability to conduct data‑driven analysis and turn it into actionable business insights; experience building tools or dashboards. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields (Business analytics welcome).
