Job Description

  1. Responsible for establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with regular Korean customers in the hotel and Phokeethra Country Club (PCC).
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies in new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in the Korean Market.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in hotel and golf sales.
  7. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
  8. Work closely with the Golf Operation Manager, sales & marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  9. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to be able to explain and sell services and facilities to clients.
  10. Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative programs in terms of tournaments and other events for PCC.

Qualifications

  1. Must be native in Korean with strong communication skills and fluent in English for communication in Korea (oral & written).
  2. Knowledge of the Korean market with connections to the hotel and golf industry.
  3. Bachelor's Degree.
  4. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  5. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
