p>The Business Integration and Communications department, a committed team with diversified skills, is looking for its next change management collaborator We support the Member and Client Relations and Direct Insurance, Personal Lines (Quebec) Division, a large team of 2,500 employees mainly in client relations centers, including 200 managers. As Senior Consultant, Business Integration and Change Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, with the aim of ensuring sustainable change integration for our managers and employees. We're undergoing a transformation, and we need you You will contribute to project enhancement and change management through the design, development and dissemination of information aimed primarily at an internal clientele. The nature of the files and projects requires comprehensive knowledge in your field of activity. You provide ideas and contribute to problem-solving through analysis and your overall knowledge of the business field. You are called upon to interact with stakeholders working in complementary fields. h3>
  • Define objectives, scope and impact in the context of change management requirements
  • Support partners in defining needs
  • Participate in the development of innovative change management strategies, adapted to needs and context
  • Ensure strategy implementation
  • Analyze information, conduct studies, develop and propose recommendations and draft reports
  • Write content (documents, presentations, communications) in support of strategies

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Proficiency in written communication in French
  • Writing expertise
  • Expertise in change management
