Change Management Strategy Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Strategy Consultant to join our team at Co-operators. As a senior member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating comprehensive change strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of change management and business readiness strategies for complex program initiatives, identifying potential risks, anticipating resistance, and creating mitigation plans.
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment around new behaviors and provide recommendations to drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
- Build, track, and manage comprehensive change analytics, including adoption measures that connect key behaviors with desired business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure readiness for change and align large program initiatives impacting similar stakeholders.
- Partner with communications teams to develop key messages supporting transformational changes and conduct presentations with senior leaders, steering committees, and project sponsors.
- 7 years of progressive experience in change management or business transformation.
- A post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute (CMI) accreditation, and/or Prosci's Change Management certification.
- Advanced knowledge of change management tools, models, and methodologies.
- In-depth experience designing and delivering change strategies and plans, including defining scope, change metrics, and executing change tactics.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
