Relevant directement du vice-président, Exploitation, le ou la titulaire offre de l’encadrement et du mentorat aux pharmaciens propriétaires pour s’assurer que le plan d’entreprise de Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix est exécuté et que les procédures et normes d’exploitation sont respectées. li>Élaborer et communiquer un plan harmonisé pour établir des objectifs financiers et fournir une orientation stratégique solide pour chaque magasin de la région.Assurer la liaison étroite avec les pharmaciens propriétaires et l’équipe de gestion des magasins pour offrir de l’encadrement et des conseils, développer les activités quotidiennes, atteindre les objectifs et favoriser un environnement d’amélioration continue.Visiter régulièrement les magasins pour surveiller la mise en œuvre et l’exécution des plans stratégiques, y compris le marketing et la mise en marché, le respect des normes d’exploitation et déterminer les occasions d’améliorer la performance.Analyser les données de vente et financières ainsi que les états des résultats pour surveiller le succès financier de chaque emplacement, mettre en évidence les secteurs de croissance potentiels et assurer que les pharmaciens propriétaires sont sur la bonne voie pour atteindre les objectifs du plan harmonisé.Élaborer et communiquer des méthodologies opérationnelles et des pratiques de travail exemplaires pour améliorer le service à la clientèle, le marchandisage visuel et l’amélioration des processus.Communiquer régulièrement avec les pharmaciens propriétaires et l’équipe de gestion des magasins pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes ou les préoccupations, coordonner les magasins et les services du bureau central et formuler des recommandations au besoin.Repérer les nouveaux talents potentiels et participer à créer des plans de développement des talents, et soutenir les initiatives de formation pour former un personnel compétent et aider les pharmaciens propriétaires à planifier la relève.Compétences, connaissances et formation
