JOB OVERVIEW

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Human Resources Consultant.

Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Business Partners, this position is responsible for providing advice and guidance to line management and employees on various HR related matters, including collective agreements, labour relations, recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, and performance management. with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Provide guidance to management on the administration of the sick leave plan, including medical leave of absence, referral for LTD consideration, vocational rehabilitation, Worker's Compensation, etc.
