About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at CRSS – Community Resources and Support Services. As HR Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by developing and managing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, preparing employment agreements, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Manage employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Compliance and Policies:
    • E nsure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Update and implement HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
    • Address performance issues through coaching and disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
