Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead business group initiatives for Canada, share effective implementation of business group initiatives.
  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective regional business group program, including business development strategies, new business prospects, technical services, quality, production methods and standards, all within established goals and objectives of the company and business group.
  • Work cooperatively with other Regional Business Group Directors, Regional Operations Directors, Area Managers and Market Sector Directors to drive Business Group strategies and initiatives in the Regions.
  • Actively participate in water industry associations and organizations.
  • Add strong business skill set as the Business Group point of interface with Operations.
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field. li>
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in related field.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with regional managers, technical directors and client development teams.
  • Position requires that applicant resides within the Greater Toronto Area or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in related field.
  • Proven relationships within major water organizations within Canada.
  • Committed to quality improvement and HDR values.
  • Experience with alternative delivery contracting and risk management.
