Position:Procurement SpecialistLocation:Oxbridge Place - 9820 - 106 St NW EdmontonDuration:Long TermJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities for the public sector, ensuring compliance with trade agreements, competitive bid law, and internal procurement protocols.QualificationsRelevant post‑secondary education in supply chain, procurement, business, or a related field (minimum 2‑year diploma).Experience: 2 years of editing documents in Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar PDF editing software.Experience: 4 years in developing and releasing RFPs, NFRPs, RFQs, RFIs, negotiations, evaluation, supplier feedback, and contract execution.Experience: 4 years in public sector procurement processes, understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.Professional licensing: completion of SCMP or equivalent courses and associated certificates.Experience: 2 years proofing and formatting word documents.Experience: 2 years using SAP and Ariba for contract workspace management.Experience: 2 years with tender systems (E‑bidding).Experience: 2 years with Microsoft Outlook for email, task, calendar tracking.Experience: 2 years basic Excel skills.Nice to HaveAdditional certifications or advanced procurement experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
