We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Receptionist to support the operations of the corporate head office of the businesses. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism in their interactions and communication with external stakeholders as a representative of the organization. Additionally, they should thrive in a multitasking setting and demonstrate teamwork in performing all job responsibilities.

You’ll be in a front-facing role, greeting visitors that enter the office, as well as efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Handling incoming mail, coordinating shipments, and managing courier services will also be part of your duties. Other tasks include scanning, photocopying, printing documents, and arranging signatures on legal papers.. You'll assist in various bookkeeping tasks, manage general filing systems and maintain supply inventory. Performs related work as required.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks - (Preferred but not required)
  • Ability to learn tasks and computer systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Speed and accuracy in terms of data entry and typing

Hours 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday, 30 minutes for lunch.

Benefits available after 6 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
