p>The Manager, Strategy is a key part of the Manulife Bank Strategy, Governance and Controls team and will contribute to the successful delivery of the overall strategic mandate. This influential and high-profile role will support the development, monitoring, reporting and communication of the strategy. b>
  1. Support integrated strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with the overall Canadian Segment strategy and assisting with organizing strategy offsites for senior leaders.
  2. Collect, consolidate, and synthesize information on marketing campaigns, portfolio execution, financial results, and risks for distribution to various audiences.
  3. Plan, develop, and deploy communications to support strategy execution, and develop creative internal communications strategies with consistent measurement.
  4. Foster collaboration by working with stakeholders to mobilize teams and drive towards common goals, building strategic partnerships for consistent messaging.

Required Qualifications:

  1. University degree in business or English, communications; li>
  2. 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy / development, executive communications, or management consulting.
  3. Excellent writing, proofreading and content analysis skills.
  4. Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Well-developed planning and project management skills.
  6. Strong business, strategic, critical, and analytical thinking.
