Affinity Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada Project Coordinator / Business Analyst On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness. This role combines coordination, documentation, and analytical responsibilities to ensure smooth execution across multiple streams of work. Responsibilities Budget Management: invoicing of multiple streams of work, processing Purchase Orders, reconciling timesheets against the budget, updating the budget forecast and actuals monthly, and preparing steering committee budget analysis. Coordinate Meetings: scheduling weekly project meetings with multiple participants and rooms, taking minutes, identifying action items, and preparing agendas and materials in advance. Document Management and Status Reporting: updating PQTO monthly status reports, updating standard template monthly steering committee meeting PowerPoint slides, and managing project documentation on the project team SharePoint site. Testing Team Assistance: assisting with the development of user acceptance test scripts under the guidance of the Test Lead/Coordinator and coordinating user acceptance testing activities with multiple stakeholder groups. Business requirements gathering as required. Assisting with management of testing issues in collaboration with vendors, the Test Lead/Coordinator, and PDHIS analysts through to resolution. Reviewing, assessing, and developing business processes. Communicating between stakeholders and the team. Liaising between vendors and the project team as required. Developing briefing notes, cost estimates, and communications. Training Team Assistance: assembling, printing, and distributing training materials for end users; coordinating go‑live support training reference binders by department; creating and managing end‑user training schedules. Go‑live Support: managing the go‑live activities list, go‑live issues log, and updates to daily go‑live issue statistics; creating and managing the go‑live support schedule; providing on‑site support in the Go‑live Command Centre to answer the go‑live support phone line. Qualifications Experience with TeleTracking products like Capacity Management Suite, RTLS & CWS would be an asset.
