Richmond Hospital Perioperative Patient Asset Tracking Solution Project. The purpose of the VCH - RH - PPATS - CWS and RTLS Expansion Project is to bring the Clinical Workflow
Suite (CWS) and Real Time Locating System (RTLS) Asset tracking to RH along with the integration of
Vocera and CWS. This will bring the use of the TeleTracking suite of products in alignment with what is currently used at VGH and UBCH. This will improve efficiency and workflow between various departments within the perioperative areas and support staff that work at sites that have CWS implemented already. The scope of the project includes the implementation of the infrastructure and devices required to support this expansion, including the integration between CWS and Vocera to provide alerts and notification to staff. The position will require onsite work at times to support design session meetings, Steering meetings when required, testing and training activity days and go live support. Resource would be expected to be in Vancouver, as no travel budget will be provided. This project is to be completed over a 12-month implementation period.

The Project Coordinator/BA's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Budget Management: invoicing of multiple streams of work, processing Purchase Orders,
reconciliation of timesheets against the budget, updates to the budget forecast and actuals
monthly, preparation of steering committee budget analysis.
- Coordinate Meetings: scheduling weekly project meetings with multiple participants and rooms,
taking minutes, and identifying action items, preparing agendas and materials in advance of the
meetings.
- Document Management and Status Reporting: updates to PQTO monthly status reports, updates
to standard template monthly steering committee meeting PowerPoint slides. Manage project
documentation on the project team SharePoint site.
- Testing Team Assistance: assistance with the development of user acceptance test scripts under
the guidance of the Test Lead/Coordinator. Assist with coordinating user acceptance testing
activities with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Business requirements gathering as required.
- Assist with management of testing issues in collaboration with vendors, Test Lead/Coordinator
and PDHIS analysts through to resolution.
- Review, assessment, and development of business processes
- Communication between stakeholders and the team
- Support Technical PM as required.
- Liaison between Vendors and the Project team as required.
- Developing briefing notes, cost estimates and communications.
- Training Team Assistance: assist with the assembly, printing, and distribution of training materials for end users. Coordination of the go-live support training reference binders by department. Create and manage End User Training schedules.
- Go-live Support: management of the go-live activities list, go-live issues log and updates to daily go-live issue statistics. Create and manage the go-live support schedule. Provide on-site support in the Go-live Command Centre to answer the go-live support phone line.
