As a Commercial Client Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of new business acquisition and account development within mid to large‑size commercial clients. If you’re passionate about driving results, building your own portfolio, and want to be part of a team that values your initiative, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact from anywhere in Ontario What You’ll Bring to the Table At least 2 years of commercial insurance production experience; the more senior the candidate, the better Strong knowledge of insurance markets and a RIBO license. Ability to generate new business and develop long‑term client relationships. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and self‑driven work ethic. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Nice to Have Skills Existing book of business or ability to build one from scratch. Experience targeting mid to large‑size business accounts. Familiarity with niche markets or specific industry sectors within commercial insurance. Independent and proactive approach to sales and client management. Preferred Education and Experience A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or production, with senior advisors strongly encouraged to apply. Other Requirements Residence in Ontario; fully remote work available for Ontario‑based candidates. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on building and growing a personal book of business. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or broker events.
