The responsibilities of this role include managing and marketing commercial property listings, engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored strategies, networking with landlords and potential tenants, and negotiating leasing or sales agreements. The specialist will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to support real estate transactions.QualificationsStrong knowledge in market research, commercial leasing, and financial analysisExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in social media platforms for property marketing, client management, and market data analysisAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholdersSelf-starter attitude with adaptability and the ability to work independently in a remote settingPrevious experience in commercial real estate is preferredPrevious sales experience is also preferred.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
