Position Summary Manages all activities in the billing and Payroll function. Role involves overseeing the creation and delivery of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements and regulations. Additionally, role play's a vital part in analyzing billing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve billing efficiency and revenue collection. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours What you will do Payroll function: Oversees the accurate and timely completion of gross earnings for all drivers Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customers. Ensures current billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations. Manages the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and errors. Manage A/P processes and revenue and expense accruals Supervise a team of people What You’ll Bring 5 plus years of Billing experience in the Transportation industry College diploma or post-secondary in a relevant field (business admin / accounting) Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) Process analysis Strong Leadership and coaching skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Positive, flexible and customer / team focused.
