JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run invoicing function in TMW/Truckmate
- Processes and analyzes delivery reports, verifies hours and billable rates according to customer contracts and timesheets.
- Responsible for preparing customer and transportation service provider billing in accordance with pre-established agreements.
- Check the accuracy of the billing data and follow up to obtain missing or incomplete information.
- Perform billing data entry in Excel.
- Provides support and makes sure to respect the deadlines for invoicing and billing.
- Responds to various requests for billing information and provides unparalleled customer service.
- Provides effective liaison between clients and operations team.
- Coordinates inquiries regarding billing and collection to customers.
- Prepares and produces statistics reports regarding billing and ensures they are up to date.
- Maintain customer billing file with accurate and up to date billing and delivery partner information
- Ensure the department determined deadlines for billing are met and that all problem-solving questions are addressed with management
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION
- Completion of secondary school or college or equivalent transport work experience is preferred
