Key Responsibilities
  1. Incorporate Sutherland Group Enterprise's Core Values while working on behalf of the company
  2. Ensure relevant HR procedures are followed and completed
  3. Communicate thoroughly with candidates during the hiring process
  4. Partner with Payroll and Recruitment departments
  5. Keep track of new hires' probation period
  6. Provide support to managers in employee relations matters
  7. Execute exit interviews and regular check-ins with employees
  8. Communicate with managers and employees on human resources policies and benefits programs
  9. Maintain accuracy of the HRIS and employees' files
  10. Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to improve processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 3 years of Human Resources and Recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience using an HRIS and QuickBooks desktop software
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Able to use tact and good judgment in dealing with sensitive issues
  • Motivated to continuously learn and grow
  • Eager to take initiative and interact with other departments
