We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in SFMC and marketing automation. You will manage end-to-end operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting. Using technical and analytical skills, you'll develop data-driven growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets. A proactive, innovative thinker, you identify opportunities and work to exceed expectations, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams to deliver multi-channel customer journeys.

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and present a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams.
  2. Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
  3. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  4. Create, optimize, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
  5. Evaluate and manage the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
  6. Implement data hygiene best practices and analyze campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results.
