As our first Marketing Director, you’ll be the creative force behind our marketing initiatives, responsible for shaping the Stallion Express brand from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Craft and implement groundbreaking marketing strategies that align with our bold business objectives.
- Lead the charge in creating captivating marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, attract customers, and boost revenue.

**Team Leadership**:

- Inspire and manage a team of creative marketing professionals, setting ambitious goals and cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to ensure our marketing efforts are in sync with overall business goals.

**Brand Management**:

- Elevate and amplify our brand image, positioning Stallion Express as a leader in the market.
- Develop and enforce branding and messaging guidelines that resonate with our target audience.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Dive deep into analytics, using insights to continuously refine and optimize our digital presence.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct engaging market research to uncover trends, analyze competitors, and identify customer needs.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive decision-making and innovation.

**Budget Management**:

- Design and oversee an effective marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
- Monitor expenditures and evaluate ROI on all marketing initiatives.

**Public Relations and Communications**:

- Develop compelling public relations strategies that elevate our reputation and spotlight our innovations.
- Lead the communication of exciting new features and service launches, both internally and externally.

**Campaign Performance and Reporting**:

- Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, showcasing your impact with data-driven insights.
- Provide engaging updates to the executive team on marketing performance and ROI.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify and forge strategic partnerships that amplify our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and vendors to bring your marketing vision to life.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing trends, brand management, and market research.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that inspire teams and drive results.
- A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute creatively and effectively.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
