Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management Operations, Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies. Ability to develop evaluation and measurement methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
  • In addition to providing client results, has identified and delivered additional revenue opportunities in their role as Project Lead.

Preferred Skills and Capabilities

  • Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material via PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written.
  • Experience providing one-on-one training and coaching at supervisory and mid-management levels.
  • Has worked in a coaching capacity with Senior and Executive Management.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide a growth and learning environment to their team, focused on team building.
  • Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
  • Solid knowledge base and experience with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, and ERP.
  • Solid knowledge base and experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
