Purba Business Centre is seeking a skilled Building Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, guaranteeing compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Ensure timely implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs closely.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records on operating expenses and income, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • The opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Purba Business Centre.
