Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our operations team at Denny's. This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Interview, hire, and provide comprehensive training for new staff members.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
