Octasic est en pleine croissance et recherche un Responsable Marketing Sénior principal brillant et avant-gardiste pour assumer un rôle stratégique et multiforme qui cible quatre piliers marketing principaux :

  • Stratégique : planification annuelle, analyse du marché et de la concurrence, programmes de marque d'entreprise
  • Marketing produit : convertissez les solutions technologiques Octasic en messages et outils éducatifs et commerciaux.
  • Marketing de contenu : planifier et gérer la création et la distribution de tout le contenu lié au marketing aligné sur les objectifs du produit et de l'entreprise.
  • Marketing numérique : développement Web, référencement, automatisation du marketing, collecte de données, envoi tactique et re-ciblage.

Vous combinez des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership relationnel avec une profonde passion pour le marketing, la technologie et la manière d'aider à convertir les influenceurs et les acheteurs en clients via l'éducation et les campagnes associées.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Contribuer aux plans marketing annuels conformément aux objectifs de l'entreprise et aux feuilles de route des produits.
  • Créer des rapports d'analyse de marché et de concurrence régulièrement mis à jour pour les équipes de produits et de vente.
  • Initier des opportunités de programmes innovants qui aident à nourrir la marque Octasic.
  • Élaborer des plans d’achat média ciblés pour la publicité imprimée et numérique.
  • Devenir un expert en la matière sur les produits, les technologies et les marchés associés d'Octasic pour aider à l'éducation des acheteurs et des influenceurs ciblés avec un positionnement de produit convaincant et un contenu de « génération de demande » supérieur.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour développer des outils dédiés afin d'accélérer les opportunités de vente.
  • Cultiver et exploiter les relations avec les clients pour développer des études de cas, des témoignages et des références qui soutiennent les efforts de marketing et de vente.
  • Piloter tout le contenu stratégique en tant que rédacteur en chef. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes d'Octasic et autres experts pour concevoir, planifier, rédiger, éditer, attribuer (ressources internes et externes) et gérer la création et la distribution de tout le contenu.
  • Concevoir et rédiger des publicités de premier ordre pour la publicité numérique et imprimée.

Le marketing numérique

  • Optimiser le site Web pour un trafic de qualité et des expériences client fluides.
  • Optimiser les moteurs de recherche avec ou sans utilisation d'outils d'IA.
  • Mettre en place une automatisation du marketing (HubSpot) pour gérer les campagnes, les flux de travail et les communications.
  • Créer des campagnes de marketing avec les équipes produit et commerciales à l'aide de campagnes ABM via LinkedIn, Hubspot et d'autres outils.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les rapports d’opportunité de vente et les rapports de conversion.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les Outils Google (GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker), ROI et autres indicateurs clés.
  • Baccalauréat en marketing, littérature anglaise, communications, journalisme, ingénierie ou diplôme connexe et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente en marketing numérique et/ou en marketing de produits B2B ;
  • Plus de 10 années d'expérience confirmée en marketing B2B dans les technologies logicielles/matérielles
  • Compétences organisationnelles impeccables
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais pour la création de campagnes marketing en lien avec un public anglophone
  • Expérience avec la conception de concepts créatifs et de textes en collaboration avec les agences de design
  • Expérience avérée dans le développement de campagnes numériques avec suivi et collecte de données associés
  • Expert en la matière sur une variété de technologies et de marchés
  • Habileté à convertir les données issues des informations des utilisateurs, des évolutions des concurrents et du marché en positionnements et offres stratégiques
  • Expérience dans la création de propositions de valeur et de stratégies de messagerie qui trouvent un écho auprès des prospects
  • Capable de jongler avec plusieurs fournisseurs externes et talents indépendants – les nôtres ou les vôtres.
  • Compréhension des marchés américains et internationaux de la défense et de la sécurité nationale
  • Vous aimez la collaboration, la résolution de problèmes et avez une bonne gestion des priorités
