Octasic is growing and seeks a stellar and forward-thinking Senior Marketing Manager to take on a multifaceted and strategic role that targets four principal marketing pillars:

  • Strategic – annual planning, market and competitive analysis, corporate brand programs
  • Product marketing – convert Octasic technology solutions into educational- and sales-driven messaging and tools
  • Content marketing – plan and manage the creation and distribution of all marketing-related content that is aligned with product and corporate objectives
  • Digital marketing – web development, SEO, marketing automation, reporting, tactical outbound and re-targeting


You combine exceptional people leadership skills with a deep passion for marketing, technology, and how to help convert influencers and buyers into customers via education and associated campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans in line with corporate goals and product roadmaps
  • Build regularly updated market and competitive analysis reports for product and sales teams
  • Initiate innovative program opportunities that help nurture the Octasic brand
  • Develop focused media buy plans for print and digital advertising.

Product marketing

  • Become a subject matter expert on Octasic products, technologies, and associated markets to assist in the education of targeted buyers and influencers with compelling product positioning and superior ‘demand generation’ content.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop dedicated tools to accelerate funnel opportunities.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references that support marketing and sales efforts.

Content marketing

  • Drive all strategic content as an editor-in-chief. Collaborate with Octasic stakeholders and other SMEs to conceive, plan, write, edit, assign (internal and external resources), and manage the creation and distribution of all content.
  • Conceive and write first-rate advertisements for digital and print advertising.

Digital marketing

  • Optimize website for quality traffic and frictionless client experiences.
  • Search Engine Optimization with or without the use of AI tools.
  • Marketing automation (HubSpot) to manage campaigns, workflows, and communications.
  • Outbound marketing campaigns in concert with product and sales teams using marketing-run ABM campaigns via LinkedIn, Hubspot, and other tools.
  • Marketing-to-Sales funnel management and conversion reporting.
  • Google tools (GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker) and ROI and key metrics reporting.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, or a related degree and/or relevant digital marketing and/or B2B product marketing work experience;
  • 10+ years of proven B2B marketing experience in software/hardware technologies
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills for the creation of marketing campaigns linked to an English-speaking audience
  • Proficient at conceiving creative concepts and copy for design agency
  • Proven track record in developing digital campaigns with associated tracking and reporting
  • Subject matter expert on a variety of technologies and markets
  • Skilled at distilling data from user insights, competitor and market developments, into strategic positionings and offerings
  • Experienced at creating value propositions and messaging strategies that resonate with prospects
  • Capable of juggling multiple outsourced suppliers and freelance talent – ours or yours.

  • Stratégique : planification annuelle, analyse du marché et de la concurrence, programmes de marque d'entreprise
  • Marketing produit : convertissez les solutions technologiques Octasic en messages et outils éducatifs et commerciaux.
  • Marketing de contenu : planifier et gérer la création et la distribution de tout le contenu lié au marketing aligné sur les objectifs du produit et de l'entreprise.

Principales responsabilités:

Stratégie

  • Contribuer aux plans marketing annuels conformément aux objectifs de l'entreprise et aux feuilles de route des produits.
  • Créer des rapports d'analyse de marché et de concurrence régulièrement mis à jour pour les équipes de produits et de vente.
  • Initier des opportunités de programmes innovants qui aident à nourrir la marque Octasic.
  • Élaborer des plans d’achat média ciblés pour la publicité imprimée et numérique.

Produit marketing

  • Devenir un expert en la matière sur les produits, les technologies et les marchés associés d'Octasic pour aider à l'éducation des acheteurs et des influenceurs ciblés avec un positionnement de produit convaincant et un contenu de « génération de demande » supérieur.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour développer des outils dédiés afin d'accélérer les opportunités de vente.
  • Cultiver et exploiter les relations avec les clients pour développer des études de cas, des témoignages et des références qui soutiennent les efforts de marketing et de vente.

Marketing de contenu

  • Piloter tout le contenu stratégique en tant que rédacteur en chef. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes d'Octasic et autres experts pour concevoir, planifier, rédiger, éditer, attribuer (ressources internes et externes) et gérer la création et la distribution de tout le contenu.
  • Concevoir et rédiger des publicités de premier ordre pour la publicité numérique et imprimée.

Le marketing numérique

  • Optimiser le site Web pour un trafic de qualité et des expériences client fluides.
  • Optimiser les moteurs de recherche avec ou sans utilisation d'outils d'IA.
  • Mettre en place une automatisation du marketing (HubSpot) pour gérer les campagnes, les flux de travail et les communications.
  • Créer des campagnes de marketing avec les équipes produit et commerciales à l'aide de campagnes ABM via LinkedIn, Hubspot et d'autres outils.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les rapports d’opportunité de vente et les rapports de conversion.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les Outils Google (GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker), ROI et autres indicateurs clés.


Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, littérature anglaise, communications, journalisme, ingénierie ou diplôme connexe et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente en marketing numérique et/ou en marketing de produits B2B ;
  • Plus de 10 années d'expérience confirmée en marketing B2B dans les technologies logicielles/matérielles
  • Compétences organisationnelles impeccables
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais pour la création de campagnes marketing en lien avec un public anglophone
