Le ou la responsable de région doit diriger une équipe responsable de la gestion des comptes, de la mise en place d`une stratégie et de la planification au sein d`un marché géographique désigné.

En tant que responsable de région et avec l`aide de votre équipe, vous devrez assurer les revenus et l`atteinte des objectifs d`acquisition, en développant et en maintenant d`excellentes relations avec les partenaires d`hébergement de la zone désignée, en veillant à la mise en œuvre des initiatives commerciales internes et à l`efficacité des processus.Pour ce faire, votre équipe et vous travaillerez avec les partenaires d`hébergement d`Expedia Group afin de les aider à optimiser le rendement potentiel issu de leur participation au marché d`Expedia Group en tirant avantage des outils uniques de gestion des données, de marketing, de distribution et de revenus.Contribuer aux initiatives interfonctionnelles d`Expedia Group durant les étapes d`initiation et de planification afin de prévoir les répercussions sur le marché et d`élaborer des plans de mise en œuvre optimisés.Offrir un soutien à la haute direction pour le développement de solutions efficaces et évolutives qui améliorent l`efficacité des processus.Élaborer et diriger des recommandations intelligentes en fonction des connaissances tirées de l`analyse des données dans le but d`optimiser les hôtels dans le marché d`Expedia Group et le marché d`hébergement en général.Représenter Expedia Group dans le marché local, élargir le profil d`entreprise en y ajoutant des membres influents de la communauté (p. ex. office du tourisme, association d`hôtels, etc.) et mettre à profit ses connaissances spécialisées du secteur à l`échelle locale.Diriger l`exécution de l`ensemble des plans d`affaires du marché afin d`atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs clés, cibles, buts ou objectifs stratégiques définis par la direction de TPG.Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l`oral et à l`écrit Solides aptitudes en matière de gestion de projet, y compris la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, d`établir des priorités de façon efficace et de respecter les échéances Capacité à exécuter des initiatives sur les marchés en portant une attention particulière aux chances d`amélioration des marges, à l`acquisition des taux d`hébergement et des renseignements de disponibilité et au maintien de relations à long terme avec nos partenaires fournisseurs, notamment nos comptes clés Compétences en gestion de projet et avec les outils de gestion de la relation client (de préférence Microsoft Projects et Salesforce) Compétences avec Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint Aptitudes d`organisation et de gestion du temps, rigueur et souci du détail Excellente capacité de raisonnement analytique et stratégique, y compris une aptitude éprouvée à résoudre les problèmes et une vive curiosité pour relever les tendances et les besoins commerciaux connexes Intérêt envers les technologies novatrices, les milieux de travail qui évoluent rapidement et la prise de décision fondée sur des données Capacité de sélectionner et de présenter des ensembles de données pertinentes sur le rendement, le marché et des analyses des concurrents de façon à mettre en place des plans d`action concrets Capacité de communiquer en anglais; p>You and your team will drive delivery of revenue and/or acquisition goals, by strategizing, developing, and sustaining strong hotel and property partner relationships within the assigned area, ensuring implementation of internal business initiatives, and process efficiencies.In doing so, you and your team will work with Expedia Group`s hotel and property partners including efforts to build C-level relationships, to help them maximize the production potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace by smartly utilizing the power of Expedia Group`s unique data insights, marketing, distribution and revenue management toolset.Lead a team including Senior Market Managers, Market Managers, and Associate Market Managers, in the assigned market Build and execute strategy within the assigned market to achieve business goals Demonstrated E2E business strategy / plan creation and execution Strong project management skills, including multiple projects at a time, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines Execute marketplace initiatives with a strong eye on improving margin opportunity, obtaining lodging rates and availability information and driving long term relationships with our supply partners, especially our key accounts Proficiency with Project Management and CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Project and Salesforce). Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details Integrates change processes with organizational business plan./>Relationship Management Excellent analytical and vital thinking skills, including demonstrated general problem-solving skills and an intense curiosity to identify trends and ensuing business needs.Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, facts decision-making Ability to select and present insightful dataset including performance, market and competitor analysis and to implement significant action plans based on the data Proficiency in English language skills Ability to influence direction of decisions even when holding a position contrary to the majority.Able to work independently as well as be a strong team worker, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance
