Are you passionate about building positive relationships, a self-starter who enjoys discovering sales opportunities and possess strong customer service skills? In this role, you will grow the Eastern region SuperPass commercial fleet program through the Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels by uncovering and processing new sales opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you will guide, serve, and mature your accounts to deliver strong and sustainable growth in your portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three or more years of experience in a sales role that requires meeting targets, and fostering relationships over the phone or through email.
  • Advanced negotiating skills in order to influence decisions and achieve consensus while building positive relationships and credibility.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; customer relationship management (CRM), SAP/CCS, and Power BI.
    • Generate, process & mature a customer base of approximately 2,000-3,000 accounts annually to enable them to purchase from our Petro-Canada cardlock and retail network.
    • Execute SuperPass online functionality demonstrations.
    • Complete monthly portfolio reviews and analysis that supports strategic opportunity planning, decision-making, and management to achieve growth targets.
    • Take a disciplined approach to optimize your sales funnel to achieve shortened sales cycles.
    • Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders to improve processes and drive sales growth.

    Location and other Key Details:

    • You will work from the Oakville Business Centre, Calgary head office, or Montreal office.
    • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
