You must also be able to manage clients and oversee client deliverables while maintaining high quality. SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for

  • Oversee client communication and implementation of new regulatory requirements/disclosures that impact the financial statements.
  • Oversee the implementation of all standard practices processes tools etc. li>
  • Manage team to ensure proper oversight of any joint-venture operations.
  • Manage key relationships with client companies and regulatory and vendor organizations as applicable to ensure that requests are being met with a satisfactory level of service.
  • Manage conversions of new business plan and review client specific agreements and internal policies.
  • Manage team, provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, and make effective staffing recommendations.
  • Responsible for the direction and training plan of subordinate managers and staff.
  • Assess impacts of regulatory changes.
  • Proactively manage operational risk at the business level.
  • Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and model ethical behavior and decision making.
