This role goes beyond traditional customer service youll be a vital part of our sales success by scheduling and booking appointments for our sales reps, tracking lead-to-appointment ratios, and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups. Youll also provide service coordination , assisting with scheduling filter changes, routine maintenance, and other customer needs. This is a growth-minded position with bonus potential based on performance . When you help achieve team goals, or when your proactive outreach re-engages past prospects and contributes to a closed sale, your success will be rewarded. Responsibilities Support the sales & service team by scheduling and booking qualified appointments Track and improve KPIs such as lead-to-appointment conversion Contact customers for follow-up on leads, service needs, or filter change reminders Provide proactive customer support, building strong relationships to encourage loyalty Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinating with the service / operations team Help manage customer accounts and process orders accurately Handle customer concerns and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for health, wellness, and customer care About Us As the worlds leading water experts, Culligan delivers advanced solutions for water, air, and wellness.
