**Customer Service Representative**

We are a thriving commercial cleaning entrepreneur in GTA and currently looking for a Customer Service Champion to join our journey to service excellence. This is a work from home position. You will be using our state of the art CRM system and mobile app for crew members to streamline your work.

**Responsibility**:

- Work directly with Manager and engaging with Arelli Operational Team as required
- Professionally represent the company while engaging with clients, understand their concerns and address any complaints accordingly
- Is comfortable with utilizing their phone and computer to input and retrieve client and crew information.

**Other**
- Working hours available between 9am to 5pm or 7pm (8hrs or 10hrs)

**Requirements**:

- College degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in English.
- At least two years of customer service experience or work in a similar capacity.
- Experience in commercial cleaning is an asset.
- Experience in MS Office, Salesforce and has a decent technology literacy
- Ability to provide 3 verifiable references.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33,500.00-$42,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
