**Job Summary**

Culligan Niagara & Purahome are seeking a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping people live better through clean water and air solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service — you’ll be a vital part of our **sales success** by scheduling and booking appointments for our sales reps, tracking lead-to-appointment ratios, and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups. You’ll also provide **service coordination**, assisting with scheduling filter changes, routine maintenance, and other customer needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the sales & service team by **scheduling and booking qualified appointments**
- Track and improve KPIs such as **lead-to-appointment conversion**
Contact customers for follow-up on leads, service needs, or filter change reminders Provide proactive customer support, building strong relationships to encourage loyalty Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinating with the service/operations team Help manage customer accounts and process orders accurately Handle customer concerns and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department

**Qualifications**
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
