Our client is looking for a Sales Manager in Quebec with a minimum of 5 years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software experience with some sales management experience (preferred but not needed).

Responsibilities: Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Quebec branch Recruitment, development, training, and supervision of all sales employees Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership. Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports. Meet and exceed sales and GP budget.

Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related experience. Sales management experience preferred. University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field Ability to supervise and manage effectively. Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills Well-developed organizational, sales leadership, and strategic planning skills
