Pepsico Beverages Sales Co-op

Location: Ottawa, ON

Winter Term: January 2025 to April 2025

Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Responsibilities

What Will You Do In Your First Experience?

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives:

Ground Up

You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will gain critical sales experiences including but not limited to:

  1. Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
  2. Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  3. Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

Building Critical Business Skills

As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. p>

  1. POS optimization
  2. Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  3. Customer Development Agreement optimization
  4. Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Qualifications
  1. You are available to work full time from: li>
  2. Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  3. High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
