Merchandising Supervisor

Overview:
The Merchandiser Supervisor contributes to the success of Pepsico Beverages Canada through leadership of a team of frontline team to merchandise product in key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. Coach and motivate a team of merchandisers to provide superior marketplace execution and customer service while achieving Pepsico Beverages objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
- Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
- Train frontline employees and utilize PBC processes and tools
- Understand cost per unit constraints when meeting customer needs
- Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork
- Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks and monitor progress
- Achieve productivity, service and labour cost targets, measure performance to drive accountability
- Responsible for ensuring the daily health and safety of workers by ensuring all regulatory training is complete and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross departmental support with delivery supervisory team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Consumer Products experience in a direct store delivery environment is a plus
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience with fact-based direct selling an asset
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Must be willing to lift 40lbs periodically
