Let’s talk if you… Are endlessly curious about your customers, their pain points, and evolving technology Are a great story teller with excellent writing skills Are the kind of person who takes initiative Have a sharp design eye and sweat the visuals for creative direction Have a high bar for brand quality and work hard to protect it from mediocrity Have a natural sense of urgency in everything you do Can write crisp, conversion-focused copy and iterate based on results Are comfortable in marketing ops: workflows, segments, lifecycle stages, dedupe Know what works at local events and how to drive measurable ROI What you’ll do Identify & segment compatible DSOs/multi‑location groups; own HubSpot hygiene (dedupe, ICP fields, owners) Source/enrich prospect lists (vendors or call‑farms) with PMS + competitive intel Build & manage multi‑step, multi‑channel drip sequences to book demos Write/test conversion‑focused copy (subject lines, CTAs, cadence) and iterate based on results Launch targeted, competitive “take‑out” plays and optimize by cohort Ship outbound content—social, PR, case studies, blogs, landing pages—and maintain a prioritized content calendar Run high‑value events end‑to‑end (budgets, logistics, vendor packages); create collateral + lead‑capture/follow‑up flows Drive pre/during/post‑event campaigns; report on pipeline & ROI Support product marketing: short eLearning/product videos; launch assets; turn outcomes into case studies Qualifications Have 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (startup/scale‑up pace) Bonus: Light design/video chops to produce assets that look great quickly Bonus: Comfortable with HubSpot, Webflow, Figma Why CareCru?
