**Growth & Marketing Intern**

**Term**:Fall 2025 (September to December, with the possibility of extension)

**Location**:Edmonton, Hybrid

**Hours**:10-15 hours per week, or as mutually agreed upon

**Job Summary**:
Join our team as a **˝Growth & Marketing Intern”** and gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of a fast-growing company. This 4-month internship offers the opportunity to work directly with our Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams. You’ll play an active role in creating content, driving engagement, supporting sales and shaping customer experience.

We’re looking for a creative, resourceful and curious individual who is eager to learn and make an impact across the entire organization.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Content & Brand Marketing**
- Create and edit digital content, including articles, videos, infographics, presentations, and trade show materials.
- Contribute to social media strategies to grow our audience, engagement, and lead generation.
- Brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas and campaigns.

**Growth & Customer Success**
- Develop content support sales efforts and partnerships.
- Help convert website traffic into leads through calls-to-action, landing pages and growth tactics.
- Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding and supporting customers to ensure a great experience, leading to strong engagement and retention.

**Market Research & Analytics**
- Conduct market research on competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Assist in defining target customer profiles and tracking key metrics.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
- Bonus: experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.
