Salary: $100k - $120k per year

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager at The 401 Group of Companies in Cambridge, ON, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing promotional activities, improving campaigns run by other marketing team members, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and sales efforts.

This role will work across multiple brands under the group umbrella, including but not limited to 20 Franchise Dealerships, 401 Auto Financing, CampMart, Yamaha, The Blackshop, and Marriott Bonvoy. This role will lead multiple team members in executing current campaigns while identifying areas for improvement and reporting results to various Executives.

The goal for this individual is to lead members of the marketing team while being capable of stepping in to assist with various activities, including but not limited to design asset creation, ad management, social media content ideation and editing, reporting on website performance, and the development and ongoing management of various remarketing campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • 7+ years in Marketing
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Email Marketing skills
  • Branding, Advertising, and Public Relations expertise
  • A strong understanding of GA4 is a must
  • Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Ad Campaign Creation
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns
  • A core understanding of Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading and managing a team with a track record of increased performance and results
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus
