This is a fast-growing organization and operations team with strong upside potential and ample opportunity for career growth.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and a positive patient experienceManage a large profit and loss (P&L) statement, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiencyRecruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards of performance and serviceManage staff schedules, timesheets, and related HR functionsDevelop and monitor clinic budgets, track key metrics, and report on performance outcomesSupervise billing, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and complianceProvide leadership and guidance to create a motivated, engaged, and customer-focused teamGreet and support patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle inquiries professionallySupport marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance clinic visibilityTrain staff on internal systems and maintain accurate records and reportingFoster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative workplace cultureWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful:Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, retail, or office management setting, plus 2 years of supervisory experienceDemonstrated experience managing a P&L or overseeing financial performance in an operational settingStrong understanding of general business operations and administrative best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systemsFriendly, professional, and approachable leadership style with strong problem-solving abilityAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work a varied schedule — the clinic operates 7 days a week and into the eveningsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementIndustriesHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
