The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to lead operations at their busy healthcare clinic in Hamilton. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and a positive patient experience Manage a large profit and loss (P&L) statement, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiency Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards of performance and service Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and related HR functions Develop and monitor clinic budgets, track key metrics, and report on performance outcomes Supervise billing, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide leadership and guidance to create a motivated, engaged, and customer-focused team Greet and support patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle inquiries professionally Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance clinic visibility Train staff on internal systems and maintain accurate records and reporting Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture What You’ll Need to Be Successful: Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, retail, or office management setting, plus 2 years of supervisory experience Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or overseeing financial performance in an operational setting Strong understanding of general business operations and administrative best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems Friendly, professional, and approachable leadership style with strong problem-solving ability Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a varied schedule — the clinic operates 7 days a week and into the evenings
