As a "One Employer Solution” headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, Vensure helps thousands of businesses streamline and grow their operations with custom strategies that benefit both employers and employees. Client Implementation Specialist (SCIS) is responsible for engaging new clients and managing the full implementation phase. This position is the Client's main point of contact during implementation and is responsible for the overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products/services. The SCIS also works as a mentor to multiple Client Implementation Specialist (CIS) colleagues. Completes essential new client duties, including running the first payroll(s) and training new clients. Develops and executes a well-established implementation project plan with a strong understanding of effective project management skills. Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, TLM and benefit needs. Manages multiple client implementations and effectively implements major accounts. Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items. Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process. Reviews and audits Client's payroll and HR data for accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry knowledge.
  2. HRIS/CRM/Systems experience.
  3. Canadian Payroll, Labour Standard Rules and Taxation knowledge.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Office Product knowledge.

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5 years related experience preferred.
