p>The Role
Reporting to the CEO or designate, the Senior Manager, Partnerships and Business Development, is a key leadership role responsible for managing and growing MMG’s partnerships portfolio while representing the company as a whole for business development initiatives. This individual will focus on strategic partnership management and business growth for partnership-driven work while supporting broader business objectives, including event planning, client engagement, and the promotion of the organization’s brand and values.Partnership Management and Growth
  • Oversee the development, growth, and management of all partnership-related business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder values.
  • Regularly review partnership contracts and agreements to ensure compliance, relevance, and mutual benefit.
Business Development Representation
  • Act as the face of the organization in business development efforts across all businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in all lines of business.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to promote business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders across all sectors to drive business development initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, sponsorships, marketing, branded materials, and stakeholder communication.
  • Regularly report to the CEO or designate on partnership performance, market trends, and business development progress.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to guide business development and partnership strategies.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and help refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and executing high-profile events and initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of meeting goals and deadlines.

This role is pivotal to driving growth through strategic partnerships, representing the MMG’s values and interests, and ensuring excellence in both partnership-driven and self-performed business development activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission while building relationships that enhance MMG’s reputation and impact.
