**Job Description**:
The Field Planner & Estimator acts as the main point of contact for CEDA’s Chemical Cleaning customers within the Fort McMurray region. This position is responsible for developing technical plans and estimates for Chemical Cleaning projects. The Field Planner & Estimator will also act as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the scopes of work, cost alignment to estimates, and that technical support is available to field operations. This position is based in the Fort McMurray office with regular travel to site and reports directly to the Director, Chemical cleaning.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create cost estimates and plans for chemical cleaning projects which adhere to CEDA practices and procedures and align to client requirements
- Act as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the scopes of work, cost alignment to estimates, and that technical support is available to field operations
- Supervise project field personnel for the duration for projects
- Coordinate equipment, material and subcontractors for projects
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with the schedule, quality specifications, budget and safety objectives of the projects
- Ensures adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures and maintains on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines for full compliance
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators. Monitor customer feedback and corrective actions; use feedback to implement improvements and make adjustments to the quality systems in order to meet customer requirements
- Support the process of maintaining and updating chemical cleaning procedures based on company policies and client requirements
- Work with laboratory services and the blend plant to coordinate chemistry needs required for project completion
- Other duties as assigned

**Role Specifications**
- 5+ years of Chemical Cleaning experience in industrial services/maintenance is required
- 2+ years Supervisor experience
- Working knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines regarding Safe Work Practices
- Class 5 drivers licence is required, Class 1 or 3 licence is an asset

**Skills**
- Demonstrated experience crafting presentations and delivering them to customers, internal team members and field personnel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines with customers and internal personnel
- Intermediate computer skills to build estimates and proposals in existing templates using Microsoft Office Suite products
