Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion d’un groupe de comptes clients et de veiller à ce qu’ils utilisent le produit Workforce Manager de manière simple et optimale. Vous combinerez vos compétences techniques et analytiques pour résoudre des problèmes complexes dans les opérations quotidiennes de nos clients.

Prendre en charge la configuration du client et travailler avec d'autres équipes pour offrir un service de la meilleure classe. Soyez un joueur d'équipe qui cherche à comprendre l'entreprise et pose des questions aux autres membres de l'équipe pour apporter une solution aux demandes des clients. Fournir des conseils au client lors de nos changements de firmware et guider le client sur les nouvelles versions de fonctionnalités. Résoudre les questions relatives aux logiciels et au matériel pour les clients utilisant Workforce Manager et d’autres produits ADP d’heures et présence.

POUR RÉUSSIR DANS CE RÔLE : Exigences

  • Expérience confirmée dans la fourniture d'un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'un groupe de clients (paie, avantages sociaux, gestion d’heures et présence de préférence).
  • Attention aux détails et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou équivalent.
  • Bilingue : français et anglais.
