Office Manager Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Office Manager plans, organizes, directs administration which includes supervision, sales/marketing including customer service satisfaction and customer relations, branch administration, accounting which includes invoicing and janitorial services. This is a working manager position, supporting the Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities Sets and clarifies team member performance expectations, standards, and goals/objectives. Handles general office maintenance requests and concerns, maintains office supplies at acceptable levels. Builds the customer relationship by quickly establishing trust, credibility, integrity, and comfort; and by demonstrating dignity and respect. Coordinates daily customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Works with other departments/areas to ensure customer order delivery meets expectations. Identifies practical cost-effective solutions for the customer regarding products and deliveries. Prepares manual and electronic sales orders, refunds and credits; in a timely manner, ensuring accurate information of product for our customers. Prepare and track customer quotations on a timely basis. Assists the accounts receivable department by providing field information on the status of a particular customer group. Requirements A Bachelor’s university degree or college diploma, experience in Business, Management or a related discipline is preferred. Three to five years of managerial experience, sales or marketing field, preferably in a product manufacturing setting. Advanced communication and listening skills; both oral and written, to communicate clearly and persuasively. Able to attentively and actively listen and has patience to ask data-gathering questions to ensure understanding congruence. Multi-tasking ability with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to work in a fast-paced environment and continually adapt to change, nature of the production facility. Attention to detail for accuracy purposes, to limit errors and corrections/adjustments. Builds and maintains strong customer/team member relationships. Why Join Us? Market Competitive Compensation.
