**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits
- Maintain and update electronic medical records.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting payments
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and nurses to ensure efficient workflow

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a medical office assistant
- Graduate with a Medical Office Certificate
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as PS Suite
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards
- Office experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.74 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
