OverviewRetail Sales Representative at Acosta – an opportunity to apply your retail sales experience in a strategic role focused on direct sales, merchandising and POS placement. Drive results by identifying volume opportunities, providing excellent customer service and ensuring product dominance and distribution.ResponsibilitiesProvide in‑store execution of client priorities and objectives to achieve superior results.Handheld reporting, new item placement and maintain 100% distribution of existing items.Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines, plan‑o‑grams and conduct pricing audits.Build displays, place point‑of‑sale material, negotiate product placement and build relationships with store personnel.QualificationsPrior territory retail experience preferred.Strong relationship and persuasive communication skills.Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Computer literate and comfortable using handheld, camera and other digital technology.Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, safe driving record and meet vehicle insurance requirements.Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend, reach on a daily basis and drive for extended periods of time.About UsAcosta Group unites trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies to connect consumers with brands through omnichannel selling, merchandising, brand advocacy and integrated marketing.
