The BMR Retail Sales Rep (RSR) - BMR will be specifically responsible for managing the BMR Account launch and roll out in its designated territory.
You will be responsible for all aspects of your territory’s operational activities, specifically New Dealer Placements and Corporate Planogram Introduction to the BMR Dealer locations. Merchandising, product knowledge sessions, and the ability to identify other opportunities, to gain further placement and eliminate competitive brands is vital to your success in this role.

What you will do
The Retail Sales Rep will present BMR specific programs to independent & corporately owned BMR banner dealers within the assigned territory. The goal of securing show room real-estate and driving warehouse replenishment are focus priorities.
In this position you will:
- Manage a working list of specific BMR dealers in order to systematically convert their Power Tool, Hand Tool and PTA sales to Milwaukee.
- Work with the RSR Team Leader to overcome objections within the assigned BMR dealer network and communicate successes.
- Support POS driving activity as required.
- Promote warehouse replenishment.
- Support dealers with product knowledge sessions and assist where required with events.
- Manage annual T & E Budget.
- Engage positively with the BMR Account Manager.
- Report and comment on competitive market trends noticeable in the field.
- Manage an active CRM with the use of Monday.Com.
- Develop best in class conversion summaries with before & after photos.
What you have done
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales or related field.
- Must possess effective business communication skills and broad business perspective.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into executed action plans.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to travel 90% of time outside of home office area.
For this location you must be fluently Bilingual in French and English.
You must possess a valid driver’s license and passport and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Due to the travel component of this role, you must follow the Canadian Covid-19 guidelines and be fully vaccinated.
