  • Collaborate with the Plant Human Resource Manager to provide HR support including recruitment, retention, staffing, orientation, employee relations, project management, training and development, and coordination of human resource planning projects.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Participating in recruitment activities, job creation, and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and post-hire/onboarding tasks.
  • Proposing and implementing processes to enhance application quality and quantity through active and passive recruitment channels.
  • Coaching managers on HR management best practices.
  • Ensuring collective agreement application and fair interpretation.
  • Advising managers on collective agreement interpretation, corrective measures, and labor laws and regulations.
  • Participating in problem-solving to identify causes, investigate issues, and propose solutions for HR-related matters.
  • Maintaining and preparing reports, letters, files, and performance indicators related to HR management activities.
  • Supporting Fresh Pack planning, recruitment, camp readiness, and guest workers.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or College diploma in business management or human resources.
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with benefits and compensation administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, multi-tasking, and fast-paced environment.
